Welcome to the Bradbury Ambarvale Football Club (BAFC), a community-based sports club located in Sydney. The club's mission is to bring together the local community through sports, with a strong emphasis on our core values of providing a safe environment, respect for teammates and officials, and never giving up.
Established in 1980, the Bears have grown from playing at Manooka Reserve to our current home at the Ambarvale Sports Complex. Our goal is to get kids on the field and playing the game we love in the right spirit and sense of fair play. We offer excellent facilities, including recently re-turfed soccer fields and a brand new clubhouse, to ensure our players and supporters have the best game day experience possible.
At BAFC, we cater to players of all skill levels and ages, starting from Under 6 teams all the way up to junior sides and All Age squads. We have a strong focus on player development and provide supportive coaching coordinators and the necessary equipment to help our players thrive on the field. We believe in offering a clear pathway for progression, giving players the opportunity to grow and succeed within the club.
As a not-for-profit incorporated club, BAFC is run entirely by volunteers who are dedicated to ensuring that all fundraising efforts go towards providing the best experience for our players, coaches, and families. We are proud to be a family club that values the importance of community and teamwork.
Registration for the upcoming season will open on January 4th, 2023. Our registration fees include match fees, which can be paid upfront or spread over the season for flexibility. We also offer discounts and rebates for families with three or more junior players, as well as discounts for coaches/managers. Additionally, all students from kindergarten to year 12 are eligible for the government's Active Kids voucher, which provides a $100 discount on registration fees.
