Owned and operated by Dave Napper, BNB offers a unique and supportive gym environment for individuals who are tired of overcrowded commercial gyms and large group fitness classes without a focus on technique.

At BNB, the main focus is on results-driven training. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced lifter, BNB is dedicated to helping you achieve your training goals. The gym is equipped with an impressive range of powerlifting and strongman equipment, including 6 power racks, 6 bench presses, and a wide variety of bars for deadlifts. In fact, BNB boasts the largest range of strongman equipment in Brisbane.

Not only does Dave Napper own the gym, he is also a qualified nutritionist (BHSc Nut Med) and a competitive powerlifter and strongman with over 50 competitions under his belt since 2014. His expertise and experience make him the perfect coach to guide you on your fitness journey.

BNB offers various services to cater to your specific needs, including flexible membership options, casual gym visits, coaching sessions, personalised programming, and nutrition programmes. Additionally, the BNB shop sells a range of supplements, including Bulk Nutrients whey protein isolate (WPI), BCAA recovery, and pre-workouts, to support your training and overall fitness.
