For children aged 4 to 6 years, Bu-Geido offers the Komodos class. As they progress through their grading, students are introduced to self-defence and disarming techniques, as well as the values of respect, self-discipline, and patience. For juniors aged 12 to 14 years, the Junior class offers more advanced techniques and the opportunity to train with adult students. As juniors focus on their personal goals and growth, they develop higher levels of self-control, concentration, and confidence in their abilities. The Bugeido karate training helps juniors channel their excess energy in a safe and structured environment, while also emphasising the importance of observing and respecting the traditions of Bugeido.

Bu-Geido Australia welcomes adults aged 15 years and above to join their classes. There is no age limit for participation, and the club has students ranging from 15 years to 50 years and above. Adult students at Bu-Geido enhance their fitness and techniques as they progress through the karate ranks. The supportive and collaborative environment allows adults to achieve personal and lifelong goals.

Many adult students have advanced through different age groups within Bu-Geido and are always available to assist new adult students.
