A branch of the Australian Kyokushin Karate Association under Hanshi John Taylor. Traditional Japanese karate founded by Sosai Mas Oyama. Regular training in karate basics, kata, kumite, pad work, core body strength and cardiovascular fitness. Ages of our students are from primary school age through to students in their fifties.
