Activities, our Tiny Tots classes are designed to develop their coordination, fine motor skills, and confidence. They will learn the basics of physical culture in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
At Centenary Physie, we believe in creating a strong foundation for our juniors. Our Junior classes are designed to inspire a love for movement and dance, while also teaching the fundamental skills of physical culture. Through creative and age-appropriate choreography, our juniors will learn coordination, balance, flexibility, and strength. With the guidance of our passionate teachers, they will develop a strong sense of self-esteem and discipline that will benefit them in all areas of their lives.
As our students progress through the ranks, our Intermediate classes provide them with an opportunity to further enhance their physical culture skills. By building on the basics, our Intermediates will continue to develop their technique, strength, and flexibility. Our dedicated teachers will challenge and inspire them to reach their full potential, fostering a sense of determination and resilience. They will also have the opportunity to participate in team competitions, building friendships and camaraderie along the way.
Our Senior classes are designed to empower our students as they navigate through their teenage years and beyond. We understand that this pivotal stage of life can be challenging, which is why our Senior classes focus not only on physical development but also on mental and emotional well-being. Through expressive and dynamic choreography, our Seniors will develop poise, confidence, and self-expression. They will also have the opportunity to compete at a higher level if they choose to do so.
