At Central Coast MTB Club, safety is of utmost importance. For those new to the park, the club recommends using the Trail Forks app or the park map available on their website to navigate the trails. It is vital for all riders to educate themselves about trail safety and etiquette. The park caters to riders of all skill levels, from novice to elite, but it's crucial to note that not every section of the park may be suitable for young riders.

Gravity trails, in particular, are not recommended for novice riders due to their challenging nature.

The club also emphasises the importance of being respectful to the community and other park users. Visitors are advised not to park at the bottom of Red Hill Rd, which is the usual shuttle pick-up point. Instead, commercial or self-shuttle pick-up is available at the junction of Red Hill Rd and Potters Gully Rd. It is strictly prohibited to drive into Potters Gully Rd to pick up riders.

Shuttle drop-off is allowed, but parking in the drop-off area is not permitted. Visitors are reminded to keep tracks clear and not to block trails. Additionally, as Red Hill Rd is a shared space, all drivers are urged to drive with caution and adhere to the recommended speed limits for the safety of riders and pedestrians.
