CWG is all about fun, fitness, and friendship. All coaches are accredited and attend yearly workshops to maintain their accreditations and sharpen their skills. Each of the coaches has been with the Club for many years starting as gymnasts themselves with such a love for their sport and the Club they just couldn't leave!
