Coleambally Auskick

Coleambally Auskick is a community-based sports club located in Murrumbidgee Shire Council, offering the NAB AFL Auskick programme. As Australia's leading participation programme, Auskick aims to help children get active and develop lasting friendships while introducing them to the world of Australian Football.

At Coleambally Auskick, learning is disguised as playing, with game-based activities that children love. The programme is suitable for children starting from the calendar year they turn 5, regardless of prior experience in Aussie Rules. Parents are also encouraged to participate and have various options to get involved.

The Auskick experience at Coleambally is a unique combination of fun and organised chaos. By engaging in these game-based activities, children become more active and confident. To ensure safe and fair play, Auskickers are divided into age groups, with optional all-girls groups available. The sessions run for only one hour per week, making it easy to fit into a busy schedule.

Auskickers can wear whatever they feel comfortable in; there is no need for expensive sports gear.

In addition to the on-field experience, Coleambally Auskickers receive exclusive footy goodies in a unique pack, an Auskick Junior Club Membership for the AFL club of their choice, and the chance to play halftime at AFL and AFLW elite matches alongside their footy heroes.
