We offer boxing with sessions focused on learning the foundations, starting with drills like footwork and reaction, then rounds on punching bags or pad/shields with partners. There is also strength, fitness and recovery as part of what we do.

You can start training today by contacting us, and there is a limited time offer of $49 for 2 weeks with unlimited access. Boxing gloves, wraps and towels are required.
