As a club, Cronulla Seagulls is deeply committed to fostering a love for football within the community. We provide opportunities for players of all ages and abilities to participate and develop their skills. From our youngest players who are just starting out to our more experienced players in their 60s, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.

We are particularly proud of our high percentage of female membership, with over 40% of our junior and intermediate players now represented in female teams. We believe in providing equal opportunities and promoting gender equality within the sport.

At Cronulla Seagulls, we not only focus on the development of players' football skills but also the development of their character and sportsmanship. We believe in instilling values such as teamwork, loyalty, and community spirit. Our aim is to create well-rounded individuals who not only excel on the field but also make positive contributions to our local community.

In line with our vision and mission, we are supported by a group of generous sponsors who share our passion for football and community development. We encourage our members and supporters to show their support for these sponsors who enable us to provide the best possible experience for our players.

As we continue to grow and expand, our goals remain focused on providing first-class facilities for our members and delivering a club experience that is second to none. We have recently completed a clubhouse redevelopment along with the development of a medical/referees room and changerooms. Our long-term plan includes further field upgrades and the addition of a second level to our clubhouse.
