“Formed in 2007, CrossFit Adelaide was South Australia's first CrossFit affiliate to offer group CrossFit classes. For 10 years, CrossFit Adelaide has been introducing people to CrossFit, from those who have never exercised in their life to experienced athletes with years of prior training.

CrossFit Adelaide prides itself on having one of the best coaching staff in the fitness business, all of them with many years of experience and dedicated to helping everyone that comes through the doors be the best that they can be. The gym is located at 4/1 Barrpowell Street, Welland, SA, and can be easily accessed.

At CrossFit Adelaide, members can choose from a variety of services and classes. One of the most popular ways to train is through the regular CrossFit classes. These classes offer constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements that your body was designed to do. Members get to experience all the challenges and rewards that CrossFit training presents with a group of like-minded individuals.

With nearly 30 regular CrossFit classes every week, members can find a time that suits their schedule.

CrossFit Adelaide prioritises teaching proper movement patterns. From basic bodyweight movements like squats and pushups to high-skill Olympic lifts, members are guided to execute movements correctly. It is recommended that every member attend one of our Foundations options to get a solid grounding in the basics. Prior CrossFit experience is also welcomed, and those with experience can join the regular classes immediately.

The goal of CrossFit Adelaide is not to hit a specific time or weight in each workout, but rather to continually improve. It's about getting stronger, fitter, faster, moving better, and functioning better as a human being.

For those interested in getting started, there is an introductory offer available, which includes four PT sessions and one month of unlimited classes. CrossFit Adelaide also offers weightlifting classes, personal training, and competition training for Olympic weightlifting.
