CROSSFIT FOXES established in February 2011 & WAS (now mixed) Australia’s 1st “Ladies only” CrossFit Affiliate, operating within the Fernwood Darra gym, owned and managed by Emma Teede.
In April 2013, due to popular demand, CrossFit Foxes expanded to provide CrossFit classes to Men, with classes being delivered next door at a dedicated area within the Brisbane West Sports Centre.
In September 2014 we bought a home for our Fox family where we could amalgamate the 2 clubs to create the family club we have today! We wanted a BBQ, tables, Tv, kids area, stretch, sauna, spa, massage for rehab/ refuelling & a kitchen for preparing real food & of course the odd celebration.
We breathe CrossFit, having first started CrossFit in 2008 and regularly compete in competitions across the South East Queensland region.
Furthermore, we aim to keep our fox family/community well & move toward fitness & away from sickness!
