At CrossFit Loganholme we train using this method. There are no traditional machines, no mirrors, and no repetitive classes.
What we do have is barbells, dumbbells, gymnastic rings, pull-up bars, kettlebells, medicine balls and no end of bodyweight exercises.
Our Programme at CrossFit Loganholme revolves around weightlifting, gymnastics and high intensity cardio movements. Boring we don’t do.
Here there are no egos and no room for bad attitudes.
