CrossFit will help you improve your fitness, in fact it will take your fitness to a level you never thought possible. We train with movements you were born to do; squat, press, deadlift, pull, push, run and jump. Routine is the enemy, so we constantly vary our workouts. Intensity is the key to results, but we are able to scale intensity to suit your individual needs.

Most importantly, we believe you must have fun. CrossFit Mitchelton is an independent and family-owned business. Our head trainers were taught by the best and have themselves been leaders in Australian CrossFit community for many years. This is reflected in the quality of our programming and coaching.
