Once you've joined, you'll have access to our comprehensive timetable. We offer classes throughout the week, including early mornings and evenings, to accommodate all schedules. Our classes are small and intimate, with an average of 8–14 athletes per class. This allows our coaches to provide individual attention and guidance to each member, ensuring you get the most out of each workout.
