Established in 2018, CrossFit Narlie's coach Carlie has been in the industry for over 9 years. Starting out initially as a personal trainer, Carlie discovered CrossFit in 2011 and quickly discovered her passion for this fitness methodology. While coaching and training CrossFit, Carlie ventured into the competitive side of CrossFit competing in the in 2013 and 2015 Australian CrossFit Regionals.
Today Carlie continues to grow her passion for health and fitness which is fed by the positive health changes she witnesses in the ones she coaches.
