

At CrossFit Park Beach we require all new members to undertake our “Fundamentals” Programme. This programme is conducted in two to three hour blocks, over two sessions in each month. Fundamentals has been designed to provide you with intensive coaching on all the basic CrossFit movements and skills. During this time we can work with you to understand your fitness goals and prepare you to attack our daily class schedule.
Completing the fundamentals programme will allow you to train safely and to get the best out of yourself.
