At Crossfit Scone we offer group coaching following the crossfit methodology.
Functional movements performed at intensity. We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in daily activities to make life seem easier.
At our facility you will not find rows of stationary bikes or weight machines. You will find pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells and open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing , lifting and throwing – moving your body the way it is meant to be moved.
You will never find yourself bored or alone spending hours following the same programme. Instead, a new workout is provided for you daily and each session is coached by one of our qualified trainers to ensure correct technique and intensity are scaled to suit your fitness level. As part of group training, you will also find support from your fellow crossfitters who share the desire to be fitter, stronger, healthier, and happier.
