The club consists of a family of experienced, intermediate, and beginner athletes, drawing its staff and athletes from both the civilian and ex and current military communities. The managing head coach and CF Kids trainer at CrossFit Shoalhaven is Nicole "Nic” Farrugia. Nic comes from a strong background in dancing, both teaching and performing.
