CrossFit South East first started operating out of a humble garage home gym in 2011. It began as a group of likeminded people getting together to do a workout. Word quickly spread, and before you knew it we needed a bigger space! We then moved to a modest factory in Rowville where we operated out of for 2 years.
Before we knew it more and more people were really enjoying exercising together daily, and we soon had to find an even bigger space!! In October of 2014 we finally opened up a modern CrossFit facility with all the space anyone could ask for, were the same awesome bunch of people continue to hit personal bests week after week.
