Darren Coughlan Darren is the founder of CrossFit Newcastle and has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. He is a Level 3 CrossFit Coach and has coached numerous athletes to success in the CrossFit Games. Darren's coaching philosophy is centred around functional movements and pushing members to their limits, all while maintaining proper form and technique. His passion for CrossFit and dedication to helping others reach their full potential make him a highly respected coach within the community.

Open Gym At CrossFit Newcastle, members have access to open gym sessions throughout the week. This allows individuals to work on their own specific goals and training programmes outside the regular class times. The open gym sessions are supervised by the coaching team, who are there to provide guidance and support as needed. Whether you're working on weightlifting, gymnastics, or any other aspect of your fitness, the open gym is the perfect space to do so.

Memberships CrossFit Newcastle offers a variety of membership options to suit different needs and schedules. The full-time membership includes unlimited sessions per week, allowing members to attend as many classes as they like. The couples membership is designed for couples who want to train together and offers unlimited sessions as well. For those with limited availability, the part-time membership allows a maximum of three sessions per week.

All memberships are on a weekly payment basis, with no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.
