Our qualified instructors have an impressive combined training experience of over 100 years. They hold a diverse range of education and experience, which includes Masters Degrees in Sports Science, Bachelors Degrees in Exercise Science and Early Childhood, Diploma of Fitness, and 7th Dan Black Belt. Our instructors also have accomplished competitive backgrounds, with five times National Champions and International Certifications for individual course components.
