We are an incorporated charity organisation. We are the only peak organisation whose main aim is to promote sport and recreation for the Deaf community. Furthermore, we advocate for equal opportunity for all Deaf and Hard of Hearing people of all ages in Queensland. DSRQ endeavours to partner Deaf sporting clubs with wider community sports and recreation organisations.
DSRQ is a member of the Deaf Sports Australia and Sports Federation Queensland.
