Demons Basketball Club

Demons Basketball Club is a sports club located in Shepparton – Mooroopna and is affiliated with the Greater Shepparton Basketball Association (GSBA). The club is dedicated to providing an inclusive and supportive environment for junior players of all ages and abilities to play basketball. The club is run entirely by volunteers, and families are encouraged to join in and actively participate in any way they can.

The club's main focus is on developing sport-specific skills, team skills, and sportsmanship while ensuring that players have fun. The Demons Club participates in the Junior Domestic Competition organised by GSBA. The club believes that basketball is not just a game, but a great team sport that offers opportunities for players to make new friends and stay active in a team environment.

The club welcomes both experienced players and newcomers, and no prior knowledge of basketball is required to get involved. There are various roles that need to be filled, including scoring, coaching, team management, and being a part of the club committee. Demons Basketball Club encourages everyone to turn their favourite sports memories into a free NFT (non-fungible token) and supports the GameDay platform. Individuals can also stay up-to-date with their favourite teams and access match results, fixtures, and stats by downloading the GameDay App.

In addition, the club is associated with the Shepparton Basketball Association and Shepparton Show Me Basketball. Shepparton Show Me Basketball now has its own smartphone app, Team App, which allows users to stay updated with news, events, schedules, and more. The Team App can be downloaded for free, and users can request access to the Shepparton Show Me Basketball group to receive notifications and updates.
