The Diamond Valley Bushwalking Club is a group of people who like to walk in the bush, backpack, camp or cycle with a friendly sociable group of similarly interested people. The Club caters for people with a wide variety of interests and levels of fitness. Visitors and potential new members are welcome to walk with us. The Diamond Valley Bushwalking Club was formed in 1985 by people associated with the Eltham Living and Learning Centre. It has since grown into a Club of around 200 members. The members of the Club mostly reside in the Nillumbik and Banyule council areas although a number of members come from wider afield. The Club has a strong interest in conservation and encourages members to look after and care for the environment. The Club has a non-smoking policy.
