The Dubbo Kart Club is a go-kart racing club located in Dubbo, New South Wales, Australia. Affiliated with Karting NSW, the club operates an international standard go karting facility that is open 365 days a year to Karting NSW licence holders and club members for practise, as well as for race weekends throughout the year.
With a fantastic new Outgrid Cover, the club is excited to start fresh in 2022 after a challenging period in 2020/2021 due to storms and Covid-19. The club is hopeful that lockdowns, event cancellations, and travel restrictions will be a thing of the past. The Dubbo Kart Club welcomes kart enthusiasts of all levels and provides a platform for them to participate in competitive and thrilling go-kart racing.
The Dubbo Kart Club does not offer hire karts or loan out karts for use on their track. Individuals must have their own equipment and a valid licence to use the facilities. However, for those interested in getting started, the club occasionally hosts come'n'try days where newcomers can experience the thrill of go-kart racing.
The track is available for private practise to current KNSW licence holders. Prior to visiting the club, individuals are advised to contact the caretaker to ensure that the track is open and available for practise. All practise fees must be paid in advance via direct deposit to the club's nominated account or through EFTPOS at the track upon arrival.
In addition to practise sessions, the Dubbo Kart Club organises various race meetings and events throughout the year. These race meetings count towards the Club Championship point score and are open to any Karting NSW member with a valid licence. The club also holds regular board meetings, which all members are welcome to attend.
For those interested in becoming a member of the Dubbo Kart Club, they can visit the club's website and follow the instructions provided by Karting NSW. Membership offers access to kart racing and practise at the international standard track in Brocklehurst.
Overall, the Dubbo Kart Club offers karting enthusiasts the opportunity to experience the thrill of go-kart racing in a professional and supportive environment. With its international standard facilities, dedicated race meetings, and the chance to become a member, the club is a hub for go-kart racing in the Dubbo area.
