About

Youth League 2 competition. Dulwich Hill Football Club is based in the inner west of Sydney and has a rich history that dates back to its establishment by migrants from the island of Madeira who settled in the area. The club is proud to be supported by the Portugal Madeira Club, located in Marrickville, which celebrates and promotes Portuguese culture, especially the culture of the island of Madeira.

The club's home ground is the picturesque Arlington Oval, which was once a series of brick pits and was filled in to create a playing area in 1932. This historic ground now features a synthetic playing surface. It is a beautiful place for players and supporters to come together and enjoy the game.

Dulwich Hill Football Club offers opportunities for players of all ages and skill levels. The senior teams compete in the prestigious Football NSW League One Men's competition, while the Youth Boys, ranging from Under 13s to Under 18s, participate in the Football NSW Youth League 2 competition. The club is always eager to welcome new players and provides the chance for young goalkeepers to join the team.

The club is supported by many local businesses and individuals, with a special emphasis on the Portugal Madeira Club. Visitors to the club can look forward to live music every weekend, as well as delicious food and wine. The club is located at 1-3 Denby Street, Marrickville.

Dulwich Hill Football Club is committed to providing a positive and inclusive environment for players, families, and visitors. The club follows guidelines set by Marrickville Council to ensure the proper use of Arlington Oval, and it asks that everyone associated with the club respects these guidelines. The club encourages the use of public transport due to limited parking and traffic congestion in the area surrounding the oval. Carpooling is also encouraged whenever possible.

Additionally, the club emphasises the importance of keeping noise to a minimum and properly disposing of litter to respect the local residents and the environment.

Whether you are a player, a supporter, or simply curious about football in Sydney, Dulwich Hill Football Club welcomes you to join its community. With a rich history, a beautiful home ground, and a commitment to inclusivity, the club offers a fantastic experience for all football enthusiasts.
