Eagle Hapkido classes are always varied and interesting. Hapkido is a large art and often one class will be taken up focusing on a specific skill.
A beginner should not feel they have to be super fit or highly coordinated to learn Hapkido. Everyone has to start somewhere. Nothing is expected of a beginner except enthusiasm and dedication. Everyone shall go at their own pace and build up their fitness and flexibility.
