Eclipse Gymnastics also offers Development and Gymstar programmes for children aged 6 years and over. The Development programme, designed for children aged 5–11 years old, consists of a 2-hour training session. Gymnasts with previous experience can join the Gymstar programme, which is available for girls and boys aged 12 years and over. When ready, gymnasts from the Development programme have the opportunity to move into the Competition programme.
