
No matter your current fitness level, athletic background or age, everyone starts their CrossFit journey at Enliven by completing our Fundamentals programme. Each series of 4 x 60min sessions are run over 2 weeks, coached in a small group (maximum of 10 people) of fellow newcomers.
These beginner classes are designed to ease you into CrossFit in a way that is safe, fun, and gradual. Not only this but the fundamentals programme make the transition to regular classes much smoother by allowing you to be in an environment where you can ask questions, learn proper technique and understand exercise scaling options required to know before joining one of our group CrossFit classes. Each fundamentals class will cover a different set of movements and skills, therefore you must complete the 4 classes in order.
