Physie (also known as Physical Culture) is the perfect combination of movements designed to increase flexibility, strength and fitness. It’s a synchronised, team-based sport that is social and fun and an excellent low impact aerobic activity.

From ages 3 to 73, Physie is a sport for life. Grandmothers, mothers, daughters and granddaughters can all be members of the same Physie club. With clubs catering to all ages and abilities, it’s an experience you can share throughout your life.
