The Wednesday morning Hatha Yoga class is a popular option, but it is not suitable for absolute beginners. Each class concludes with a 15-minute guided relaxation and meditation experience, allowing students to find stillness and self-reflection in their practise.
Claire, the yoga teacher at Find Your Feet Yoga, has been practising yoga for over 22 years and completed her formal teacher training in 2007 at the Fremantle Yoga Centre. She draws inspiration from Hatha and Iyengar yoga traditions and uses yoga as a tool to cultivate presence, grounding, and awareness in her everyday life.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, Find Your Feet Yoga welcomes you to join their classes and discover the transformative power of yoga. Prior to attending class, it is advised to inform the teacher of any injuries or health concerns to ensure a safe and tailored practise. The studio encourages a hygienic environment, so students are requested to remove their shoes before entering and practise with clean feet. It is also recommended to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and to turn off mobile phones to maintain focus during class.
