We are the only studio to provide you with qualified fitness instructors, you can feel safe knowing that you are in the hands of professionals. This is so critical in the provision of correct information and reducing the risk of injury, being taught by instructors who are inexperienced or unqualified in training you in fitness or flexibility can lead to serious damage to your muscles, ligaments, and tendons.
Our instructors are also certified Vertical Dance Instructors - and the only instructors recognised by Fitness Australia because we hold Fitness Qualifications, we have specific (and nationally recognised) education in teaching all other classes including post-natal and current First Aid Certification.
We have over 60 years combined experience in teaching fitness/dance.
We are Canberra's oldest and largest studio – established in 2007 and offer 400mtrs of air-conditioned comfort (including showers)!
