Fitness Zone Gosford is operating since 1993. This gym has always been well known for the world's best strength equipment, such as Hammer Strength, MedX, Nautilus and a good range of cardio machines.
All the advice you need is readily available. We provide Personal Training, Exercise and Nutrition Programmes to suit your goals. Owned and operated by Erik Oksa, Australian Natural Body Building Champion, also ranking 3rd and 5th internationally in 2011.
