My name is Alyce. I started learning Pilates in 2007 to help with a previous back injury that years of dancing left me with, and also to get that sense on ‘balance’ in my life. Within two months of learning Pilates I knew from the benefits that I had already recieved that I wanted to teach the wonders of Pilates to others.
