Join us for a mini-series of exciting, challenging exercises that we guarantee will make you stronger and feel all round amazing, just in time for the start of Spring! Our mini Bootcamp is a 2-week commitment and is open to all levels. At the start of the program, we'll set functional goals and then ensure you reach them over the 2 weeks.
Each class you will need to wear comfortable workout gear, including runners. Please bring a water bottle, and consider bringing a post-workout snack to get the most out of each session.
Every workout will be different using a wide variety of equipment, so you will be constantly working your body in new ways. Work hard & feel good!
Format: Mondays - Fridays (5 evenings per week)

EARLY BIRD PRICE: $130 full / $104 members (until August 1st)
REGULAR PRICE: $160 full / $128 members
PAYMENT PLAN: $50 Deposit, full payment due by the Friday before Bootcamp.
