Geelong Gliding Club Inc., Australia’s Premier Gliding Club since 1929, is a voluntary non-profit organisation offering safe and affordable sport aviation. We offer a range of Air Experience Flights for people wishing to discover the thrill of gliding. Flights are provided in two-seat gliders with fully qualified instructors.
We welcome new members and offer training from our team of qualified instructors. We offer a comprehensive and approved training program to members through access to aircraft and facilities at the Bacchus Marsh Aerodrome.
Geelong Gliding Club fosters a long-term commitment to gliding. There
are further worthwhile challenges beyond flying solo, including a range
of soaring opportunities, such as cross-country or competition flying.
We train pilots to fly safely in a social and family-friendly club.
