The Strength Academy offers coaching, training and competition opportunities in Weightlifting, sprints, jumps, throws, para-bench press and long-term athlete development for youth aged 9-15, Weightlifting and para-bench press training and competition for 16-35 years of age, and weightlifting and powerlifting for 36+ years of age. Both recreational and elite sporting opportunities are provided.
