There is a variety of equipment, fun group based activities lead by Personal Trainers and staff who are there to make your workout that little more enjoyable.
Our Personal Trainers will work with you to create a personalised exercise plan to do on your own or on a continual basis to ensure you get the results you’re after.
You can do all this in air-conditioned comfort whilst watching the latest Austar channels on large plasma screens or listening to the music whilst working on those biceps!
