Welcome to Geraldine Hadfield Yoga, a sports club located in Nowra – Bomaderry that specialises in the practise and teachings of yoga. With a rich history that spans thousands of years, yoga is a discipline that has recently gained recognition in Western society for its numerous benefits.

Geraldine Hadfield, our experienced and passionate instructor, has been teaching yoga for several years. She is dedicated to helping people and sharing the transformative benefits that yoga brings. At Geraldine Hadfield Yoga, you can expect a relaxing atmosphere combined with classes that provide a challenge for those looking to deepen their practise.

Regardless of your level of experience, everyone is welcome at Geraldine Hadfield Yoga. Whether you are a beginner or have been practising for years, our classes cater to all levels of skill and understanding. Located at the Girl Guide Hall on Rockhill Rd, North Nowra, our studio is conveniently situated only a 5-minute drive from Nowra.

We offer a range of class times to suit various schedules. Join us from 6. 00 pm to 7. 30 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, or from 9.

30 am to 11. 00 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our classes can be attended on a casual basis for $15 per visit, or you can opt for a ten-time visit card for $130.
