Go Ride A Wave, the established and trusted surf school since 1987, has recently acquired Gold Coast Surf Academy. Under the new ownership, Gold Coast Surf Academy continues to operate and offers daily 2-hour surf lessons at Broadbeach. With a focus on safety, fun, and excitement, the lessons provide participants with the use of a long sleeve rash shirt or wetsuit, a soft beginner surfboard, and 2 hours of expert instruction and enjoyment. The surf lessons take place at the Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club car park, which is conveniently equipped with nearby toilets and showers for participants to rinse off after their session.
Additionally, the academy can arrange photos as proof of participants' newly acquired surfing skills, upon request.
