The Gym for All programme is designed for primary school-aged boys and girls, focusing on developing balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility. Participants also learn the basic skills used in Artistic Gymnastics. Gym for All is a sport for everybody, regardless of age, gender, or ability. For those interested in competitive gymnastics, Gym West offers Girls Competition and Boys Competition programmes. These programmes provide rigorous gymnastics training for state-level competitions in Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) and Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) respectively. Participants train on apparatus as seen in the Olympic Games, such as Floor, Uneven Bars, Vault, Balance Beam (WAG), and Floor, Rings, Pommel Horse, Horizontal Bars, Vault, Parallel Bars (MAG). These programmes offer a challenging, fun, and safe environment for girls and boys to learn, develop coordination and confidence, and contribute to their general health and fitness.
