High Performance Fitness has been training people in the Everton Park & Enoggera area since 2009, we have established ourselves as a professional and affordable training option in the local community and this has allowed us to continue our growth.
We believe in not only offering quality fitness training options at affordable prices but also a fun community of like-minded members and staff who are all here for the same outcome.
All of our sessions are flexible for any fitness, age, or experience level, and we will always tailor sessions to fit each member.
We will always support and encourage members to improve their training, but we will NEVER force you to do something you are not comfortable doing.
