The Hills Knights Football Club is a community-based, not for profit sports club located in the Hills Shire of Sydney. With over 45 years of history, the club has become a prominent part of the local community.

The club offers teams for players of all ages and abilities, with options available for both girls/ladies and boys/men. From the youngest players starting at under 5 to veterans over 45, there is a place for everyone at Hills Knights FC.

Hills Football is committed to providing the best training and education for their coaches. They prioritise the development of their coaching staff to ensure they can provide the highest level of guidance and support to the players.

In addition to players and coaches, Hills Knights FC also runs an Instructional Referees programme. This programme is available for Knights members who are 12 years old and above, providing them with the opportunity to learn and develop their skills as referees.
