At Humming Puppy, the Yoga experience is taken to the next level with our signature soundscape, 'the Hum'. This bespoke soundscape features a combination of digital and organic sound frequencies, including the grounding vibrations of the earth and brainwave activities that encourage peak performance and concentration. By immersing yourself in these sound waves, you can enhance your focus and experience a sense of calm during your practise.

Our classes are not limited to one style of Yoga, but rather reflect authentically the experience and expertise of our teachers. Each class includes intention-setting, breathwork practises, a sequence of postures to open and strengthen the body, meditation, and the use of crystal sound bowls and chanting to ground and unite. Chanting is optional, but listening is enough to benefit from the sound vibrations.

To provide a seamless and immersive experience, we provide all the amenities you'll need at each of our studios. Our Shala, or practise space, is set up with well-spaced mats that are sanitised before each practise. Each mat setting includes blocks and a strap for convenience, and we also offer blankets, bolsters, and hand towels for comfort. Our bathrooms are stocked with premium amenities, and towel service is included.

Humming Puppy also aims to honour the origins of Yoga from India and pay respect to the teachers who have come before us. We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land and extend our respect to all First Nations people.
