As a member of Hydrofit you may use the club anytime, day or night, 24 hours a day. There is no limit to how often you can use the club. Hydrofit is also a secure facility, equipped with an emergency panic button, personal security devices and should you require help, a security company can be contacted. South West Physiotherapy aims for the highest standard in hands-on therapy. South West Physiotherapy is passionate about servicing the Macarthur region and prides itself on supporting local sporting teams, including junior and professional athletes. Our organisation rehabilitates workers after an injury, and we currently assist various small to large employers in preventing workplace injury. We also provide massage therapy so come in and enjoy.

Hydrofit is home to Narellan Swimming Academy. We aim to make Learn to Swim easier and more rewarding. For ten years we have offered enjoyable, structured swimming programmes for babies through to adults, focusing on teaching water confidence, water safety skills and key techniques. We strive for excellence from our experienced, qualified and dedicated team of swimming instructors.

Our programme is based on no flotation devices as your child's body learns to swim independently in a shorter period of time.
