For those in Banora Point, Coach Stacey leads the club. She has been involved in rhythmic gymnastics since 1977 and has coached several national champions. Stacey is passionate about spreading the knowledge and beauty of rhythmic gymnastics. She is a Rhythmic Gymnastics Advanced Silver Coach and Rhythmic Gymnastics Intermediate Bronze Judge.

Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport that combines elements of ballet, gymnastics, dance, and apparatus manipulation. Individuals or groups participate and manipulate one or two pieces of apparatus such as a rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon, or perform freehand (without apparatus).
