Indoor Netball
A variation of netball played only indoors, allows teams to meet independently of the weather. Games can be played on courts covered by a net on all sides and above the ring to allow quicker restarts than traditional netball. This puts a greater focus on speed and fitness. Games are made of 4 x 10-minute quarters, with rules similar to traditional netball but with only five players per side.
