At IJJF Mudgeeraba, we specialise in the art of Japanese Jui-Jitsu, a form of martial arts that has been developed over many generations. Our dedicated instructors emphasise throws, trips, striking, and locks, ensuring that students gain a well-rounded skillset. Throughout the training process, which typically takes 5 to 10 years, students can expect to learn over 400 techniques, leading them to achieve the prestigious black belt.
In addition to physical training, IJJF Mudgeeraba also focuses on psychological training to help students handle self-defence situations legally and respectfully.
