Classes at IronBody CrossFit can be booked through the Wodify booking app. This app also allows members to track their progress and personal bests for specific workouts or movements. Additionally, IronBody CrossFit hosts events throughout the year, such as partner workouts or competitions, to provide further opportunities for members to challenge themselves and be part of a supportive community.
IronBody CrossFit is equipped with a range of high-quality equipment to support your workouts. Barbells, bumper plates, free weights, squat racks, suspended ropes, GHDs, gymnastic rings, assault bikes, Concept 2 rowers, bikes, and ski ergs are all available. The gym has two training areas, one for classes and one for open gym use, as well as a stretching and warm-up area, change rooms with showers, and a contained kids area.
IronBody CrossFit is located at 25 Saltaire Way, Port Kennedy, in Perth, Western Australia. The gym is open daily, with weekday hours from 6am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm, and weekend hours from 8am to 11am.
